Jimmmmm is on my scummy list

Do you have a non-setup reason for this?

I'm not sure that aiming for Town is the way to go, but if you are I'm quite happy for you to investigate me.

Do you get Town/non-Town results?

Jimmmmm is on my scummy list

Do you have a non-setup reason for this?

Nope.  I don't really have you as all that scummy, and hence I'm not pushing for your lynch today.  I think set-up wise, there's a possibility of three separate scum, so the Wolf, the Witch, and the Jimmmmm.

Three scum set up as neighbors, but none of whom are partners.  3 NKs would be bad, though, so that seems unlikely.  Although no kill last night, so who knows.

But yeah, that's the reason you are on the scummy list, but distant to fake claiming chairs and mail-man X.

If there are a higher than expected number of scum running around, maybe there's a set-up excuse for 2 flavor cops + 1 Weak Cop (which seems to be what Morgrim is claiming).  But man, that seems lazy to me.  And so, since I know what I am, chairs must be lying.  He didn't try very hard to defend himself or his claim, either, which strikes me as scum giving up in a tough situation.

I mean, D1 scum lynch, N1 no kill, D2 scum dayvig...this game is ours for sure.  I'm just happy to get a win instead of a loss!  Or is it in addition to a loss?  Either way, better for me.

You realize the problem with this, or any Weak Cop target selection?

We know the deal now. So does scum.  So if Morgrim's all "I'm going to target Jimmmmm tonight!" and then turns up dead tomorrow, we get to say "Look!  Jimmmmm is scum!"

All the while, maybe scum just killed Morgrim to make it look that way?

In the above scenario, substitute anyone's name for Jimmmmm's and you get my point.

I'd rather Morgrim had breadcrumbed his plans somehow and not announced what he had to do.

Even if that worked (and usually, it doesn't, I think), that would negate your ability to receive a result, wouldn't it?

I think the doctoring doesn't work due to Follow the Cop.

Even if Doctoring works, if you investigated scum AND scum killed you (for example, if that's Jimmmmm's plan as scum), Doctoring wouldn't save your twice.

I mean, if Jimmmmm is so good with being the target, that's cool, I guess.

I don't really have an answer for best use of Weak Cop.  That's why the role exists, I think.

It's not that big problem.
There is probably only one nightkill left in the game.
If Morgrim and someone else died, we know that he investigated scum.
If only Morgrim dies, we don't know if he got right or was nightkilled.
If we doctor Morgrim, thats not a problem anymore. Then he only dies if he targets scum.

We can play follow the cop with a weak cop and a doctor, but only to find one scum, and only if the cop announces his target beforehand.

It seems we're going to lynch one of the claimed cops today. That's fine by me. But again, I think Morgrim is the scummiest. The way he acted around his claim is just weird. Plus, should he flip town, we get another IC - BoxOfDOG.

Still, chairs needs to answer my question. If somebody received something last night, that would partly confirm his claim (he could still be scum of course). By the way, this quote:

I received a bauble last night, Innovation Inc. style, did anybody else?

suggests that chairs is telling the truth.

But morgrim is the most useful among the cops. And he most dangerous for scum to let live.
Actually, I am pretty sure we can leave him, and he will turn up dead without us having to waste a lynch on him.
And if he doesn't die in two or three days, we can lynch him then. If he flips town, we will have two or three more IC's

Ashersky or chairs is better lynch targets, but they can also be useful if we let them live. Their results will give us more information, It will make it easier to determine if any of them is lying, and if we decides to lynch both, we will have more information of the remaining players.

Jimm, on he other hand, is not a likely NK-target. He will probably not be of much help powerrole-wise, and he will stay alive and be a potential scum for the rest of the game, or until we lynch him.

Morgrim is definitely the scummiest of the cops, followed byashersky and then chairs. But as xeiron said, cops are useful, so I guess I could join a lynch on Jimmm so the cops have time to get their results. It doesn't seem anyone will help me lynch morgrim or ashersky, who are scummiest, so vote: jimmm

I dunno.

We need to focus on getting scum, actually.. Not getting rid of Morgrim so we can clear a player who may be killed in the night.
