In a recent IRL game, I start with candles. My opponent start with soap.
I am the first player. I activate candles, and because my opponent had a higher score than me (2, from soap), I draw a 3 (novel).
Next turn I meld novel and activate it. I draw two 3, then the only non-purple card I had was the candle so I immediatly claimed Supremacy
