I'm assuming that most, if not all, of the people in this tournament are using the browser extension; will there be any rules regarding use of the point counter?

Because the point counter can be vetoed by either party at the start of the game, I don't really see the need to make a rule directly; rather I'll use the addon's own system:

The default setting for matches is "point counter off." Both parties can agree to have it on, but either party may turn the counter off.

As it's currently set, having "#vpon" or "#vpoff" will set the point counter accordingly, and cannot be changed once the game starts; though I guess by joining the game with "#vpon" you implicitly agree to use the point counter.
