"Ready" Button

This game really needs it.
When I get into a "pre-game room" I needs to be not able to start unless everybody presses "Ready".

Don't join a game if you're not ready.
I don't think anyone would not click ready immediately after joining, and people won't uncheck it if they stop being ready.

It's a hassle if you want a mp game or if you join by accident or if you need to check kingdom/player stats.
