Enterprise is a strong card.  I have frequently been on the wrong end of it and it seems very difficult to overcome.  I'd appreciate learning how top players anticipate, exploit, and defend against Enterprise.

Eventually Enterprise stops mattering because he's taken all the good stuff from your board.  You can then start using powerful cards without crowns, or just meld crappy cards with crowns so that he has to take that instead.  But don't do things like tech very far ahead; emptying the piles is probably preferable.

The key is adaptation.  If you're wedded to a particular card or strategy Enterprise will screw you up.
