Rebuilding Feoda into Duchies boosts your other Feoda and your economy so you can buy more Feoda/Duchies. And when your Estates are gone you can just name Province as hitting either a Duchy or a Feodum helps you. And by then you'll have enough Silver to replenish those with your buys.
How essential is Remodel here? Having a way of gaining Feoda without buying them is very good here obviously and it helps you Rebuild Feoda to Duchies sooner, which is good. But I don't know how much the combo relies on this.
