My opponent uses Bicycle to score all his hand. I meld Computers, get and execute Internet, get and execute Stem Cells, and score all of my hand. But because my opponent used Bicycle, his highest top card was Bicycle (7) while mine were three 10s... so I was able to get the 9 achievement and win on those.
