Very hard to play.
But some cool tricks availiable.
Procession Rats, trashing incoming rats with watchtower for + cards.

I feel like Militia + Goons + BM could have defeated the engine here, because it seems pretty fragile if you get attacked a lot. Pirate ship is definitely the wrong move.

I doubt it. With good trashing in the form of Junk Dealer, you can start out every turn with Procession, Rats, and Watchtower in hand. Procession Rats, draw up to 6 with Watchtower, and play Goons over and over. With Quarry, +buy, and Watchtower, you can topdeck Procession, Rats, and Watchtower if you have at least $5 and 3 buys for perfect consistency.
