"verification failed"

I hate to be "that guy" but each time i try to log into innovation i get the "Verification failed." notice. Do you guys have any ideas of what I can do? I have tried to use Chrome/IE and other computers to no avail. I was able to log onto dominion.isotropic but that is not longer an option. I can log in via my iphone. Please let me know if there is an antivirus setting I am missing!

If you connect with something like Yahoo then the login can expire (or whatever) and you just need to renew your login on Yahoo itself then connect to Isotropic again.
