Break all the rules

All that talk about a new Black Market type card in the rules thread got me thinking... not sure if this was already done in the bad card ideas thread; but what about a card that finds a way to break every "rule" of card design?

I'm no good at fan cards, so I won't try to make one... but it should contain as many as possible of these aspects.

- "Can only play one per turn" (Breaks Golem and Throne Room)
- Refers to specific cards from other sets
- Is strictly better than an existing card (It is in fact possible to have both this and the one per turn limitation if you try!)
- Lacks accountability
- Targets an individual player
- Punishes the attacker
- Is strictly better than Silver for $4
- Has a bonus like +buy that's completely tacked on
- Slows down game by forcing play to be slow-motion (e.g. reacts to a player playing a treasure)

What others can you think of?

Terrible Card
Types: Treasure – Reaction
Cost: $4
+$3. When you play this, +5 Actions.

If another player plays Militia and you have this in your hand, reveal the top 10 cards of your deck and you may gain a copy of each, he gains all the Curses in the Supply, and you immediately win the game. You may only do this once per turn.

I absolutely love the "you immediately win the game. You may only do this once per turn."  ;D

Edge casers... find a situation where you would want to do that more than once per turn!

Your other opponent also reveals Terrible Card, and you quickly reveal yours again before another card is played, so that you can win twice, but they only won once.

Doesn't quite work, unfortunately.

$4
Not the right way to play
Action - Reaction

+$3, unless played during possession then -$1
If this is in your hand while you are possessed, the possessing play must play this.
The person who bought this card may punch another player in the face.
Look at the middle card of your opponents deck.

--------------
If your opponent gains Possession while this is in your deck you may search through your deck and reveal this. If you do you may punch him in your face.

Look at the middle card of your opponents deck.
What do you do if he has an even number of cards in his deck?

Garbage Man - Action - Reaction - 4

+1 action
+2 coins
When you play this, you may immediate buy the top card in the trash pile.
--------------
When another player plays an attack card, you may reveal this from your hand
or from the trash pile. If you do, select one player. If the game ends at the end
of his turn, every island is worth 4vp and every province in his deck is worth 4vp.

I can't say I'm comfortable using the sexist notation "he" and "his", but that's how Dominion cards are written and I'd rather keep things consistent.

$4 Ploxhead - Treasure: Attack: Reaction
+$3
The opponent to your right reveals every other card from the top of his/her deck. Trash two of them and reorder the rest. If you trashed a Bishop, gain a Chapel. If you did not trash a Bishop, trash the top 2 cards of your deck. You may only play this card once per turn. Reaction: If your opponent played a Ploxhead, you may reveal this card. If you do, each player trashes all cards in his/her hand, discard pile, and mats; remove all VP tokens from the game. Then, shuffle all of the kingdom cards together and deal 10 to each player. Each player will then reveal their ten cards and each player may take 2 of those cards from each opponent. If you do take 2 cards, exchange a victory card (if applicable) from your hand with an attack card from the supply. If you do not, gain a gold. After this phase, each player will then gain 20 Scouts.  The winner will be whoever has the most curses at the end of the game. If your opponent played an attack other than Ploxhead, you may reveal this from your hand. If you do, the attacker gains 100 Scouts.
