What's Missing?
Sea Hag
Pawn
Festival
Courtyard
Quarry
Bazaar
Explorer
Jester
...

There is in fact more than one possible answer.
I won't give any hints at first, let's see if some smarties can get this one without help.

It is not, hint #2 is: All of the cards in the list can be swapped for others. Two of them only have one alternative.
