Pirate Ship
Trade Route
Transmute
Treasure Map

Honorable mention: Curse

I'm so horrible at these.

I was thinking something along the lines of:

cards for which (part of) the result can become moot at some point

Black Market is useless if the Black Market is empty (besides the $2 and possibility to put some Treasure into play of course)
Embargo's result is moot if Curses are gone
Golem is moot if you only have Golems or non-action cards
Pirate Ship's attack is moot once your opponents Treasures are gone
Transmuting an action card when Duchies are gone is moot
Treasure Map does nothing in itself, you need another one

So I was thinking Thief, because of the same reasons as Pirate Ship.

The answers to these "what's missing" conundrums are usually way simpler and more well-defined than that....

Have not checked it, but I think its

Cards, that name themself in their own cardtext


so we just have to find out which one also does this, let's see if I get this without cheating

.... Island? No it doesn't but while scrolling to Island met Native Village.


PS: @offtopic: Chance to get at least 7 Basecards without cheating with Young Witch Bane:  ~1:1850 if I made no mistake.  So should happen once in a while that you get something like that, esp. if multiplying with 4 for the other sets.

Don't know if I would have solved it if it was a bit tougher...
