Finally I understand the RL feeling of being demanded by Statistics, there are so many confusing numbers

Few quick questions:
1 : skill range, is it mean ± SD, or other stuff like 95% CI
2 : How we interpret skill range, and particularly, what does 0 skill tell us ( I still found myself at negative skill at -3SD )

It's using trueskill, just like is used for dominion.

Skill range is mean +- 3 standard devs (which ~= 99.8% CI).

There is nothing special about 0.  It's totally plausible to have mean skill < 0 (though you may have to be a frequent player who is impervious to learning).  If all the skills had 50 subtracted from them, everything else would proceed exactly the same.

0 is a little bit special as the idea is that 0-50 also covers 99.8% of all players.  So a negative score means you are worse than 99.8% of all Innovation players.

At your current rating, JimKam, Iso is almost certain you're better than average.

So since I am climbing the ladder now(I never login before the leaderboard is released lol) I do want to ask a thing:

Did playing more games help in this skill level thing, or it is just all about winning percentage and your opponent's skill level, just like the elo system?

Well climbing from the ground seems pleasurable, now my mean skill score close to 50 lol

Trueskill is based on elo. More games help reduce the uncertainty range. Better wining percentage increases levels.
