I tried to come up with a measure of how much a card likes its own set, from the councilroom supply win API.

Basically this is the average delta quality for cards when conditioned on cards in their own set.  So for example, Hoard doesn't like being with Prosperity (no mixed VP, Platinum makes Golds kind of the new Silver), but the Potion cost cards love other Potion cost cards.

But I don't really understand/trust the output.  EG, why isn't Scout better?  Do Chancellor and Woodcutter really dislike being with base?

Though seeing this, I wonder if Potion should perhaps give $2 or a Potion when playing on iso, where you likely only have 1 or 2 potion cost cards, to mitigate the variance and make alchemy cards more viable when they aren't surrounded by peers.

I think that list seems reasonable. Maybe you'd find out more with a column for each expansion including promos. Chancellor and woodcutter are quite poor in the base set and are again better with alchemy. Woodcutters can support gardens but not very well and there are better cards (market, festival) with an extra buy. I'm more surprised by workshop, counting house, and bank.
