Interest Gauge: Swiss, Duplicate, 1-Day Online Tournament

This is a post to just gauge community interest in a different type of 1-day tournament: Swiss, duplicate. It is not a commitment by me to run this. If I choose to run something like this, it would be late spring, or early summer.

The idea with duplicate is that people would get to see how others played the same kingdoms they did, have fun chatting about sets between rounds with other players, etc. Also, it can have a very different feel from standard tournaments depending on when the kingdoms are released (before each round, day prior, or week prior). Knowing the kingdoms far enough in advance allows for more thinking, planning, or simulating about how you want to play before actually playing, which would be interesting.

The benefits of doing a Swiss style tournament are that everyone gets to participate every round, but a downside is there is a little lag between rounds as new pairings are determined.

I was thinking of a format like this:
1) 2 player games, random starting hands
2) Polk's pick: I pick the kingdoms.
3) Each round is 4 games or first to 2.5 points, whichever comes first (winning a game gives 1 point, tie a half point, and loss 0). Players alternate who goes first (so each player goes first twice), and players will be assigned play order.
4) At the end of 4 games the score for the round is 1 for the player who has the higher score, .5 if tied, 0 for the player with the lower score.
5) Swiss style, so after each round, the next round pairs will be based on total round records (better records play each other, worse records play each other).
6) Player with the highest score at the end of a predetermined number of rounds (3 for 8 players, 4 for 16, for example) is declared the winner. If there is a tie, the tying players rejoice in their shared victory!

Questions for you, if you would be interested in something like this:
1) Iso or Goko? (If Iso, probably would require built-in point tracker; Goko would allow different sets of cards)
2) Should kingdoms be released before each round, day before, or week before the tournament?
3) Any input on kingdom generation process?

If you are looking at spring or summer, you should expect to be using Goko, for better or worse.
