At the start of my current turn, I draw 10 cards and get +2 actions and +2 buys. I used Tactician to accomplish this. Remember, Tactician only gives you a bonus if you discard any cards when played. I didn't cheat. How did I do this?
I played a Golem and revealed a Tactician and a Menagerie. I played Tactician first, then Menagerie. One of the cards I drew was Tactician, which I was able to play, discarding the other two cards.
