It's about time this one got going.  I'll be first to swallow my pride.

In an otherwise close game against SadPanda wherein I trash a Province.  My brain was stuck on "Province" and told myself that I needed to click on the "Province" button to get one....

Code: [Select]
--- shark_bait's turn 16 ---
   shark_bait plays a Worker's Village.
... drawing 1 card and getting +2 actions and +1 buy.
   shark_bait plays a Governor.
   ... getting +1 action.
   ... shark_bait trashes a Province.
   ... There's nothing for shark_bait to gain.
   ... TheSadPanda trashes a Silver.
   ... TheSadPanda gains a Gardens.
   shark_bait plays 2 Coppers and a Gold.
   shark_bait buys a Gardens.
   shark_bait buys a Copper.
   (shark_bait draws: an Estate, a Province, 2 Coppers, and a Worker's Village.)

Hello.  Name's Bruce.  It's all right.  I understand.  Why trust a shark, right?

Is quite curious - Who is the mystical "Celestial Chameleon"?

Senator Hamann plays a King's Court.
... and plays a Trade Route.
   ... ... trashing a Harvest.
   ... ... getting +1 buy and +$1.
... and plays the Trade Route again.
   ... ... trashing a King's Court.
   ... ... getting +1 buy and +$1.
... and plays the Trade Route a third time.
   ... ... trashing a Silver.
   ... ... getting +1 buy and +$1.
   Senator Hamann buys a Silver.
(Senator Hamann draws: a Bazaar, a Monument, and 3 Coppers.)

Obviously wanted to KC-KC-Havest-Trade Route.

On goko, I often click "end turn" instead of "play treasures"... Now if you miss your 4$ Sea Hag on the opening, you basically destroyed any hope of wining the game  ;D

The whole interface in Goko is an invitation to 'user error'.

As I posted in the thread for the greatest moment:
This was not really a great moment for me, but I think it might be funny to see. I was happy that I can forge some cards into a Colony:

Code: [Select]
  — GwinnR's turn 22 —
   GwinnR plays a Forge.
   ... trashing a Curse, a Tournament, a Shanty Town, and a Duchy.
   ... gaining nothing.
But I unfortunately I had misscounted :-( I think I should go to bed now...

What's funny is that I read through those cards and added up the costs in my head and came out with 11 at first.

I treated Shanty Town as being 2 cost. I'm not sure if I got the cost confused with the number of actions or just felt it should be a 2-cost card.

The card that always makes me do this is Farmland.

"Okay, click to buy Farmland. Now I want my Province, click the word Province. NOOOOO!"

That may not have been a misclick, depending on what else was in their hand.

Yeah, I've definitely won some games on this. Heck, I've passed a card like this over copper in a lot of cases where they don't have another action to play it.

In 2011 I accidentally mined a platinum instead of whatever else I had in my hand.  Wouldn't be too bad except platinums were all gone.

My favorite goko missklick is trashing actions you want to play next with Jack of all Trades. It's because the cards you can trash with Jack start to flash red, and i always think "yeah, thats what i gonna play now....wait why is it in trash now...f***

Recently swindled an opponent's province with peddler on the board. My train of thought went something like, "Ok, be careful because peddler is on the board so you have a decision here. You have to make sure you click on province because... damnit."

I did this with death cart today. Then you don't even get the "bonus" silvers or the DC/C.

I also click end turn all the time on goko instead of play treasures, but when I do play my treasures, it blocks a farmland remodel since you can't undo.

Here's a lovely "misclick." In this game, I'm going for a Scrying Pool engine. My opponent doesn't even have a potion, so once I buy my ninth Scrying Pool, I alone have control over the depletion of the last pile (Pawns and Grand Markets were empty, but no other piles were close). I have a decent position here, since I'm able to end the game with a lead as long as I can buy the last SP and enough VP; but my opponent doesn't have that option.

We're at my Turn 16 now:

My SPs are overdrawing my deck at this point, so I have my deck in hand with some GMs and Pawns left to play. Almost on auto-pilot, I play an Upgrade, thinking I'll trash the Potion into a Duchy for some extra points. Once I clicked to trash the Potion, I realized my mistake. Without a Potion, I can't 3-pile on this turn, possibly opening the door for my opponent! I'd have to buy the Potion back that turn and hope to get another turn with the option to end it on a win.

I was talking to my opponent on Skype at the time, so once I did that, we both talked about how screwed that made me for a bit. Before that, I had enough to just buy two Colonies and an SP, which would have been enough to win; Trying to maximize points, I just potentially threw away the game!

Then I realized there was still a way around it...

Before looking at the log, I was sure your solution was going to be upgrading a Squire, gaining the scrying pool. Ah well.

The Coppers are an on-gain effect of Cache.  Since he never gained the Cache, he never got an opportunity to reveal Trader for the Coppers.

On the other hand, if he'd trashed the Cache with a Watchtower, he'd still be able to top deck the Coppers.

Operation: edge case: Find a case where you'd actually want to trash the Cache and topdeck two coppers. I think I can do it, although explaining the topdecking is a little harder.
