Donald, slow down I am not made of money but you will be getting all of it that I do have.

Was a bit worried about this until I read the last line of the description:

Quote
There is a twist to the game, though – actually, two twists! At the beginning of the game, you randomly draw two Twist cards, which change the environment so that the game plays differently each time. This means that in order to win, the players will have to revise their strategies each time they play Nefarious.

That's better.

Donald is a busy guy, apparently.  Does this come out before Kingdom Builder (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/107529/kingdom-builder) or after?

As far as I can tell, they're both coming out at Essen.

At least he doesn't fail to write an elaborate story like in his Dominion games.
His style of text is very recognizable. I like it.

Have played this a couple times now and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Some of the twists can cause the game to really, really drag out, though (and some can cut the game's length in half), and there's a larger luck element in card drawing than I tend to like.  But overall very fun!

Nefarious is played over several rounds. In each round the players simultaneously choose and reveal one of their actions that will allow them to allocate one of their Minions to an area on their Lair, obtain money, obtain a blueprint for an invention, or build one of their inventions if they have enough money to do so.

A whole game based around Minions? We know how that one goes. . . .
