http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201301/11/game-20130111-193235-90aa6bc8.html

So I bumbled around a lot in there, including some Highway-Bishop antisynergy, but the gem of what I was trying to do once I thought of it (and succeeded at a few times) was build a deck that would

KC-KC-Mint a Gold-Draw the Golds-Bishop the Golds

for 12 points more or less every turn.

Which I think is kind of a neat trick.

A friend and I did something similar with Explorer instead of Mint.

Mint and bishop actually really like each other. I've seen this kind of thing pulled off a LOT - helps engines come from out of nowhere, to the point where I actually look for it now on boards where both are present and there's almost any kind of an engine. It's particularly great with KCs.

I'm still reeling from the memory of my opponent's mint-salvager-doubletac engine...

It's particularly great with KCs.

Again, KC is the bacon of Dominion.
