Incredibly stupid play on words challenge!

People seemed to like the dumb Margrave thing, so I made some more (obviously I spent a ton of time on them, eh?). I'm going to give everyone till the end of this Wednesday, Midnight CST (-6 GMT) to figure them out and PM the answers to me (no answers, spoiled or unspoiled, on here please). Whoever gets the most right wins! There are 15 of them, in what I think are increasing levels of difficulty.

All answers will be the name of a kingdom card. If you are looking for an example, look back at the Margrave topic. If an answer isn't the answer I originally decided on but is clearly a correct answer, you will get the point anyways. Good luck!

1) Strange

2) Can be anagrammed to make 4 other english words

3) the area around your eyes

4) Wears suspenders and a bra

5) Kate Upton, again

6) Definitely not yours

7) Similar to "Fore!"

8: Works in the Department of Furniture

9) Put a check next to this one

10) Burt Reynolds had a famous one

11) What Rod Stewart would play if he was asian

12) No one is angry here

--------- be warned all ye who enter here

13) 888

14) Saying hello to one of the cast from the Jersey shore who you happen to be good friends with

15) It's a type of baked good, rite?

And, because you'll need it at some point: http://dominionstrategy.com/all-cards/

Terribly sorry, but could you not post any answers (even in spoilers) on here? I'm trying to have it be a PM challenge.

The winner, with 11 correct, was HiveMindEmulator!

2nd: AdamH with 9

3rd: Jotheonah with 8

4th: Thirtyseven with 7

Answers:

1) Bazaar - 4/4 got it right - Bazaar = bizarre = strange

2) Rats - 3/4 got it right - Rats = tsar, arts, start, tars

3) Island - 2/4 got it right - island = eye land

4) Woodcutter - 1/4 got it right - Lumberjack's from famous Monty Python song wore suspenders and a bra. You could google "suspenders and a bra" and this is the first thing that popped up =P

5) Remodel - 3/4 got it right - Kate Upton is a model, if you do it again, remodel

6) Mine - 4/4 got it right - not yours = mine

7) Lookout - 3/4 got it right - Fore! is a golf term meaning to look out, which is the card name

8) Bureaucrat - 1/4 got it right - Bureau is a piece of furniture, bureaucrat works in politics, which is where you would have that type of "department"

9) Market - 0(2)/4 got it right - So I worded this one really terribly, the idea is that market = mark it, which is similar to put a check next to it, but I should have worded it better, and two people put cache, because you cash a check, and I decided that made as much sense as my answer. (This did not affect the standings at all)

10) Stash - 2/4 got it right - Burt Reynolds is known for having a sweet mustache

11) Mandarin - 4/4 got it right (yeesh) - Rod Stewart plays the mandolin, if you say the word mandolin with a stereotypical chinese accent it sounds like the card mandarin.

12) Nomad Camp - 3/4 got it right - If you're not angry, you no mad

13) Scout - 3/4 got it right - Robz888 is a well known big fan of the scout card

-------sorry about these next 2 =P

14) Haven - 0/4 got it right - Vinny is a guy from Jersey shore, if you know him well you might simply say Hey Vin.

15) Fool's Gold - 0/4 got it right - A pie is a type of baked good, if you combine pie and rite you get pyrite, which is another name for fool's gold.

Thanks to those that participated, hope you enjoyed it =)

My reasoning for 15:
5/6ths of "Bridge" is "ridge", which is right near the edge...

Not necessarily. Ruffles have ridges, and most of them aren't near the edge of anything.

I actually thought Robz888's name had 4 8s for some reason. It came to mind, but I went with Duchess, since it's free and 1-888-XXX-XXXX phone numbers are toll free in the U.S.

Feel free to try them out Theory =) Would be nice if more people did, it would feel as if there was a point to the #15s, though I understand it's not exactly the most fun thing to a lot of people.

Five more for you, because I'm bored.

1. Did someone take your Dominion set by mistake?  You should have done this...
2. And when you get it back from them, tell them this....
3. Then maybe they'll understand the concept...
4. So hopefully there's no need to cast aspersions....
5. Losing it for a while is basically the stupid person tax you have to pay.

(Answers)

Market
Mine
Possession
Thief
Feodum (sound it out)
