Quick story:I was traveling across the country recently and my phone completely died. I was in Akron OH when I decided to walk into some ghetto ass used phone store and overpay for a Droid Razr Maxx. That night I try to activate it and it doesn't work no matter what Verizon tries. The next day is Easter so I can't return the phone and I'm also leaving town so I'm stuck with this broken phone. The day after that I call the place and they tell me to send them the phone and they'll send a new one back, so I do it. Almost a month later, I still don't have that replacement phone. So I called Chase today and told them this story and they gave me all my money back. So in conclusion, fuck you Akron and your dumbass phone scams! I'm gonna go eat a sandwich.
