Ok, you crazy engine builders: let's see your most mind-blowing engines. If you've made an engine out of unexpected pieces, tell us about it. Game logs are awesome; explaining how you approached the engine is even better. Consider this your opportunity to show us lower-level players a master class on engines in unexpected places.

I know that game. There is no such thing as a counter-spell card!

For some reason against the Goko bots I constructed a mining village/count/watchtower engine. That sounds good except that it was needed for a double-tactician deck that still needed to draw up to six cards with the watchtower.

That may be true.  It doesn't stop my twitching, though!

Wait, so would you say then that "Colonys" is correct?  ??? :-\

I love games with Colonys in the setup.  Though, sometimes the increased amount of VP gives me butterflys in my stomach.

Not sure if you have seen this thread.

I would probably say Colonies, but that is because it is a fairly common word.  I tend to just put an "s" on the end of most of the cards to make it plural, because you are forming the plural of the card itself...not necessarily the word.
