Neat! The Jack presumably helps a lot here. Paying $8 for a Peddler over Gold on turn 10 has got to be a mistake for him. I'm not crazy about his Oracle open either - it's a pretty weak attack imo, and I'd rather save up for an Embassy (where giving you a Silver is insignificant with all the other money flying around). Other than that it's a pretty straightforward boring BM-ish game, but yeah, I like when Mint openings are viable and SC is certainly an option.

Jack/SC seems a pretty optimal combo after a Mint-opening. After opening Mint/SC, you
a) want more money
b) really want to get rid of the Estates
c) are guaranteed to get $4 at last in T4.
