Welcome to Blitz Mafia VI: The Garden of Veterans

Okay, one more time.  But will this affect the breeding program?  I don't know.

Setup Information (Less Pressure)

3 Mafia Goons
3 Vanilla Townies
2 Innocent Children

Mechanics:

This game is Nightless.
This game uses a White Flag: town needs to lynch any two Mafia Goons to win.
Mafia have daytalk.
When the first Mafia Goon is lynched, they get a return kill at a town player.
Innocent Children are announced at the start of the game.

1 - Robz888 - Innocent Child
2 - Insomniac - lynched D2
3 - Eevee
4 - Jimmmmm - Innocent Child - Vengekilled D2.
5 - Cuzz - lynched D1
6 - TheMunch
7 - Galzria - lynched D3
8 - shraeye

Backup Mods: Voltgloss and Jorbles

Day Starts: D1

Vote Counts:

Blitz Mafia Ruleset Changes in RED BECAUSE RED GOES FASTER

Game Rules:

General Gameplay and Etiquette:
1. You may not quote private Moderator-supplied information (either real or fabricated) of any kind.  Paraphrasing (for role claims, etc.) is acceptable.
2. There is to be NO personal communication outside of the forum postings unless your role PM specifically allows it.  Mafia members may communicate at night and during the confirmation stage at any time.
3. There are no nights.
4. Dead players cannot post in QTs, other than the spectator one.

Voting, Deadlines, and Player Death:
1.Whomever has the most votes currently on them at lynch deadline is lynched
2. Once you have reached a simple majority no further unvoting will change someone’s fate.  Further votes will also be ignored.
3. Once a player is lynched the game enters twilight until I post a death scene; all players including the one who was lynched may continue to post during twilight.
4. Please submit votes as: Vote: PlayerName.  Votes will NOT be counted if they are not bold or do not follow this syntax!  Obvious abbreviations or nicknames will be counted so long as they are unambiguous.
5. Please submit vote revocations as either Unvote: PlayerName or Unvote. Unvotes are not necessary before changing votes.
6. You may NOT Vote: No Lynch.
7. This game will have 24 HOUR deadlines.  If a player does not have a simple majority at deadline, the player with most votes currently on them will be lynched, and the game will go into twilight.
8. Once you are killed (either via lynch or night kill) you may no longer post. This means that you do not even get a “Bah” post. The dead in this game are silent.
9. Do not edit or delete posts.  We don't want some players having more information than others.  If you want to clarify posts, feel free to double post.

Miscellaneous/Mechanics:
1. Bold, blue text is reserved for the Mod.  No invisible/small text is allowed, nor is cryptography.
2. If you have an issue/problem with the game, please PM the Mod privately.  Do not post issues/complaints in the game thread.
3. The Mod may make mistakes - please point out any mistakes gently.  Mistakes will be corrected where possible, but sometimes mistakes are made that cannot be reversed.  These will stand as final to be commiserated over after the game.
4. Please bold all requests to the Mod so that they don’t get missed.
5. Rule violations will be dealt with according to their severity, up to and including a Modkill.

Please remember that this is a game and your main objective is to have fun! Be considerate of each other, don’t get personal, and enjoy the game.

I love watching these, even though blitz isn't my speed to actually play.

Nah. I pushed Shraeye's lynch too hard. I knew he would be informative regardless (and he very much was), but I could've easily gone after Frisk as well, and probably could've put a better case out on him, since I was actually SURE he was scum.

I will continue to accept sign-ups past the normal 8 for this game and we will sort it out by game start.

It's going to be interesting to try and create something that feels like this, but also feels balanced.

I don't think I'd set it up with scum pregame kills because where's the fun in being knocked out of the game before it starts? I'd prefer a game where this didn't happen. I do like the idea of scum picking the ICs though. That adds a little bit more fun to things. Is there any problem with doing this in any setup?

Part of the reason this setup works so well is that it's so small. I'd rather have me, Robz, Galz and Frisk sit out a game than ruin it by doubling the number of players.

I don't think I'd set it up with scum pregame kills because where's the fun in being knocked out of the game before it starts? I'd prefer a game where this didn't happen. Sometimes you have to concede a kill pregame. And Yes if there is no town edge letting the scum pick who the IC's are gives scum more of an edge.

I must say I really like the idea of scum picking the ICs. It looks like it gives scum an advantage, but it also gives town something to analyze. I think it slightly helps scum, but I honestly think scum have a hard time in this setup and mostly got lucky to get a chance to quickhammer last game. I personally think scum could use a bit more of an edge in this setup.
