Starting to get back to playing dominion again after not feeling it for a while, thought I'd post a game here too even though it isn't anything too exciting.
http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201209/20/game-20120920-012510-a1eb4ef4.htmlI open loan-salvager, buy a lot treasuries (over gold on turn 7 and over province/gold on turn 8) while getting rid of bad cards, finally salvaging the loan and utilizing salvager to end the game before my deck stalls. I generally despise loan in non-engine decks, but this felt pretty cool. There probably isn't anything faster on the board this time anyways, so maybe this particular game isn't a very good example, but I'm thinking this would maybe be competitive against all but the very strongest big money strategies.
