Speed Challenge: 48 Fairgrounds points

How quickly can you get 48 VP (or more) worth of Fairgrounds?  Assume a solo game with perfect shuffle luck.  This is my first challenge topic, so forgive me if I screwed up something.

Hard Mode: You may only buy base cards, Fairgrounds, Black Market, and whatever you pull out of the BM deck.

Insane mode: Forget perfect shuffle luck and post your best iso log.

I am not actually good at these so I don't have a baseline to give you.  I'm just curious!
