Dear Opponent,

I'm sorry I had to zip away from the computer and didn't get a chance to resign.  I know it sucks to wait for someone to return.  But at least you got the win!

Edit: And oh, I kinda like humble/crumble as a opening, at least if I plan to go for Castle heavily. Maybe I have just been, ahem, lucky when that have seem to work out for me..

The first 2 Castles seem like traps to me. At the very least, whenever my opponent goes for them and I buy better stuff it opens up the possibility for me to grab the far superior Small, Haunted and Opulent Castles.

This game was played using the physical copy, so no link.
Kingdom: Haven, Highway, Lost City, Saboteur, Goons, Hireling, KC, probably a couple 3's and 4's. Some trasher, maybe Dominate?
This is probably the most sorry I have felt because of a game of Dominion:

a) getting the first 5 coin turn, allowing me to buy first Saboteur
b) proceeding to play it on my opponent incessantly, due to a KC later that same shuffle
c) using all of this in an engine with really long turns
d) throwing goons into the mix, so that I
e) drove many piles down to one card left, knowing they could do nothing about it without any remotely decent cards

The turn when I finally decided to play nine highways (only nine because I didn't want a third pile to run out) and run out the colonies only ended up making around a quarter of my score. Final score was 317 (mostly VP chips from goons) to 7 (3 starting estates, 1 duchy trashed from opponent's last turn province (their deck was only mostly useless because of haven), and 1 VP chip from when they briefly had a goons). All because of a couple lucky shuffles with Saboteur and KC.

My opponent had chosen to include Saboteur, so I was afraid of my deck getting destroyed. I am pretty evenly matched with this particular opponent; I got lucky here. I definitely could have ended the game earlier and put them out of their misery, but once I started, I got carried away trying to see just how many points I could get. Needless to say, we are never playing with Saboteur again, or probably goons (although the goons is a shame).

Dear the guy I just played:

I apologize profusely for the fact that I happened to have a Trader in my hand literally every time you played a Mountebank except the last. I apologize just as profusely for the fact that you were never able to block my own Mountebank plays except the last.

To the person I just played:

My connection timed out just as the game started and I got kicked off the internet briefly. For whatever reason I couldn't get back on to the site. I'm sorry that you (probably) had to sit around waiting to force resign me before we even got through the first shuffle.

All I know is that if I were the opponent here, I would be laughing too hard to be upset.

I played a game yesterday where my opponent (jeebus) opened Vassal/Exorcist. On turn 3, he played his Vassal and it discarded Exorcist. I'm really sorry jeebus, I definitely didn't deserve that win!

Dear -dg-, I am sorry.
I managed to Prince a Tracker quite early. By this, I fully realized the benefits of topdecking.
The Kingdom also contained Secret Passage, Harbinger and King's Court.
For Payload, I then used Butcher and Rogue.
Playing all that stuff gave great deck control, but took way too long...

Dear my opponent,

It's not your fault that I got Swindler from the Black Market deck and took out Dame Natalie with it, leaving with you with no way to stop my one remaining Knight. And it's definitely not your fault that I then got, among other things, Scheme, Lost City, and Mountebank from the Black Market, enabling me to draw my deck and play Dame Molly, Swindler, and Mountebank each turn. I don't blame you for resigning.
