Dear Lord Rattington,

I'm sorry these 3 things were in the Kingdom:

which led me to do this on turn 11:

...You didn't Prince Counting House?

Prince is only up to $4 cost actions. Even if you could, it might not be better than topdecking a new Counting House every turn through Travelling Fair. But you can't Prince it anyways, not an important discussion.

I am curious what the mirror is like on this board, does it degenerate to whoever plays a Counting House first?

I cant recall the exact game anymore, I just know that it had "Donate", "Cultist" and "Page" in it.
As soon as my opponent was able to exchange his "Hero" for a "Champion", he bought the "Donate" and got rid of all his spam cards. Just to have me play 5 cultists, to receive all the remaining ruins, in the last turn where he was unprotected.

And I am sorry for him, cause I encouraged him in the chat to rather use donate sooner than later. I had ment "far sooner", but that way, the timing was horrible.

Come on Stef and Philip, we need ways to share our games that look better than this!

Board included:  Tournament, Governor, Highway, Hunting Grounds, Inheritance, Alms.

Play Highways
Inherit Governors
Use Governor to remodel Coppers to Estates and, my favorite, Remodel Hunting Grounds to Province + 3 Estates
Use tons of draw from Governors to get four Prizes in one turn
Spend most of last turn Remodeling Coppers to Provinces, then Alms for the last Province.

Dear My Opponent, I'm sorry the Black Market had Overlord, City Quarter, and Fortune in it.  And that it combos with Museum.

... And that you neglected to buy any BMs.

Dear my opponent, I'm sorry you didn't open Page/Knight like you should have on a 2/5 opening, and didn't pursue either Knights or Travellers until I had a Champion, multiple Warriors, and most of the Knights.

You got two Provinces early!  Which doesn't help once I've turned your deck into two Provinces, 4 Coppers, and 2 Royal Blacksmiths.

Dear MMO,

I'm sorry that game #3631138 contained Bishop, Fortress, Prince and Summon, and my golden deck was slightly faster to establish than yours. That must have been painful.

Dear opponent, I'm sorry I went first, opened 5-2 and got turn-1 summon-ambassador.

Definitely one of the most powerful openings I've had.

Dear my opponent: I'm sorry you got $2P three times in a row in a familiar game where I got $3P every time.  That's just not fair.  Thank you for conceding before closing the browser in disgust.

Dear my opponent, I'm truly sorry that I discarded your Sea Hag with mine on the first shuffle. And on the second one. I guess the third time in a row was the worst, though.

Dear DrSteelhammer, I'm sorry man.

You got to open Junk Dealer, I was down so many points with only 2 provinces to go, your deck was so much better than mine and I had no hope in the world. I threw my last hail mary, taking a Province and I was sure you would snag the last one. Somehow, you managed to get 4 Provinces in hand with a highly consistent deck.

I'm sorry that I found fortune in the black market and could afford it. I'm sorry that on turn 13 I could counterfeit my fortune and buy 6 provinces and 3 duchies.

How does Counterfeiting Fortune help? Just for the single extra buy?

Hmm good point, I was thinking it doubled my money twice, but obviously fortune doesn't double twice

this happened on last game, it was engine board without trashing

mirror opening ironworks/swindler

luser turn 3: plays swindler. trashes ironworks, opponent gains bishop
luser turn 6: plays swindler. trashes ironworks, opponent gains bishop

Well, Bishop isn't a very good trasher because it trashes for your opponent as much as it trashes for you.
