I don't like the turn 5 WV/Conspirator. You really shouldn't ever need a village with KC/Conspirator yielding net +action. Better to get your first KC. With Tactician, you will likely hit it with your moneylender and trash very quickly, then you can pick up more KC/Conspirator/2nd Tactician. A single Oracle could also be helpful if your deck gets to big and you hit 3. Main thing though is not getting KC at your first opportunity.
