Black Market trivia questions

These are probably easy questions, but the trivia is more interesting to me than the puzzle aspect.

(1) What's the one kingdom card you can never pull out of the Black Market?

(2) What's the one kingdom card that will always* be useless to you if you pull it out of the Black Market?

(*Footnote:  By "always," I am disregarding some standard edge case interactions: for example, an action card will always help activate Conspirator; a treasure card will always increase the value of Bank; and any card at all will affect the value of Philosopher's Stone and Gardens.  For this question, never mind stuff like that.)

Any other similar interesting observations about Black Market?

While it may be useless, I can think of a situation in which you might choose to buy the "useless" card instead of another card.

You have Village, Black Market, Royal Seal, Province, Province.  You play the Village and draw an Upgrade.  Now you play the Black Market, and find two cards worth 3 and the Treasure Map worth 4.  You take the Treasure Map, use Royal Seal to put it on top of your deck, and then Upgrade to draw it and make it into a Duchy.
