I enjoy the articles as well, but I didn't even know they were here until I joined. I just looked on ds. Then I realized, ooohh, cool, a forum! This is awesome!

The articles got me here but the desire to learn from more accomplished players is why I joined. You don't have to join to read the articles.

I mostly meant I found the place through the articles. The thing that got me to join was tournaments iirc.

When I started to play Dominion (recently, before Hinterlands), I didn't own Prosperity and wanted to see the cards of the expansion. I didn't understand Trade route, and after a google search, I came across the DominionStrategy article. I joined the forum soon after :)

The reason I joined the forum—rather than just lurking and reading without posting—was to answer a puzzle in the Puzzles & Challenges forum.

My answer would be All of the Above.

I'm the kind of guy who can really go crazy over a new hot game. I delve into the deepest caves on the internet to find out everything I can. So inevitably I came here.

I registered little over a year ago and kept coming back.

I have learned from other players, shared logs, read and posted articles, speculated on new releases, posted fan cards and even organized a fan card contest with the winner's card seeing some play on Iso (thanks, Dougz!).
