Meant to submit this to the challenge, but was too late.
Investment Advisory
$1, maybe 2.
Worth one per Investment Advisory in your deck. When you buy this, add a Investment to the Investment mat. This costs one more per token on the Investment mat.
---
There are 16 of these in the supply.

What if there are 3 left in the supply you are not sure whether you have bought 3 and your opponent 4, or vice versa?

PCE required?

Uhm, every time anyone buys one, the price goes up. Or mabe I should change that. Every time you buy one, you put a token on your mat. That is how much more it costs for you.

Right.

Investment Advisory
$2
Worth one per Investment Advisory in your deck.
Costs one more per Investment token on your Investment mat. When you gain this, add an Investment token to your Investment mat.

What about gaining this in a Possession turn? I guess both players gain a token on their mats?

Only the possessor would get the token:
"Any cards he would gain on that turn, you gain instead"

And for example the rules clarifications for trader say,
"if something would have happened due to gaining the other card, it does not happen, because you do not gain it."
