Medical mafia is terrible.  It ends up playing like Dethy.  Everyone has to hypoclaim and everything revolves around investigation.

There is no investigative role. You are either Mafia, or a Doctor. Mass claiming does nothing. You don't even know what type of Doctor you are.

Is doctor type revealed on death?  If so, the weak doc is still investigative, always is.  You would want to chart out everyone's night actions to produce maximum information.  It's painful. 

If doctor type isn't revealed on death then... ok, I guess it's kind of like playing Halo on Fiesta mode (random weapon).

Even if doctor type isn't revealed on death, using a chart with each player's targetting can enhance odds of finding scum.  Possibly even "solve" for scum 100% of the time

I think doctor type isn't revealed on death. 

I can see the issue of Medical Mafia devolving into a chart-the-night-actions logic problem, though.  Which is interesting in its own right but not a typical game of Mafia.

I've got five hundred dollars on never playing online dominion again, so now I spend all my time lurking on M4.

All the Robzs will make their initial votes and never change them, thus making it impossible for a majority of Robzs to vote for a single Robz to lynch, thus resulting in No Lynch. So then the Mafia Robzs will kill the Townie Robzs one by one.
