Bishop fueled comeback after I mistakenly chased after Grand Markets. Mostly I like the score graph at the bottom.

The saddest Forge:

Note that he was behind at the time, so speeding up the Provinces wasn't in his best interest. Log: http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201205/24/game-20120524-052948-2d0b3be5.html

Worst Tactician turn I've ever seen.  My pre-draw hand was Curse, Copper, Estate, Monument, Witch.

(You reshuffle.)
You draw 3 Curses, an Estate, and a Copper and get +1 action and +1 buy from your Tactician.
You play a Monument.
... You get +$2 and +1 ▼.
You play a Witch.
... You draw 2 Curses.
... Malinda gains nothing.
... Rick gains nothing.
... ellie gains nothing.
You play 2 Coppers.
You buy a Horse Traders.

In which it takes us 28 turns to empty the Provinces, with the strongest attack being....

NOBLE BRIGAND

There were 4 coppers left in the supply at the end of the game (20 in the trash).

I just played a game where my opponent's single Pirate Ship hit 4 of my Potions. The first two hits were before the Potions had even been in my hand, and the third was after using it only once. I've never seen such a lucky Pirate Ship.

my back-of-envelope calculations have the odds of this draw at .0113 percent...

from this deck:  [18 cards]
5 Grand Markets, 2 Farming Villages, 2 Fool's Golds, 1 Rabble, 1 Salvager, 2 Silvers, 1 Province

Turn 14 ...
glengarry buys a Province.
   glengarry buys a Province.
   glengarry buys a Province.
   glengarry buys an Estate.
   (glengarry reshuffles.)
(glengarry draws: 4 Provinces and an Estate.)

this was after to go up 25/12 with 1 provi left in the deck and my knowing oppo has with a fresh draw off this deck:
 [26 cards]
5 Grand Markets, 3 Farming Villages, 2 Rabbles, 1 Chapel, 1 City, 4 Silvers, 2 Provinces

with my opponent representing a max buy of 18, i felt pretty good.

anyhow, i'm pretty bad at estimating draw odds, but i think my 1/10000 math is pretty sound.
(5/18 x 4/17 x 3/16 x 2/15 x 1/14) = .0001136

of course, with the extra turn, he got there.

My personal favorite (cross posted):

http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201206/15/game-20120615-200917-68e773a9.html

2 turns where both players do not buy a province (or two or three) for fear the other player can pick up three in one turn.
Then a turn where four province take the hit.

And without even King's Court!

(Which makes me think: Most provinces in one turn in a real game without Bridge, Highway, or King's Court?)

I would like to see this log.

Also, I think it should be .0001167. This is 1/(18 choose 5). This is the same as you said you did, but your final number is incorrect.

I've been partial to games where HoP megaturns are possible lately and here's one where I was actually able to get the "MegaTurn" feat on CouncilRoom with an HoP mega turn.  Another fun fact about this game:  Overinvesting on Potions was a huge key here (I had 3 at game's end) because with Bridge in play I was able to pick up multiple Alchemists on the same turn.  Here's my last turn:

— andwilk's turn 14 —
andwilk plays an Alchemist.
... drawing 2 cards and getting +1 action.
andwilk plays an Alchemist.

... making karmacoma discard a Potion.
... revealing a Spice Merchant, a Bridge, and a Horn of Plenty and putting them in the hand.
andwilk plays a Spice Merchant.
... trashing a Copper.
... drawing 2 cards and getting +1 action.
andwilk plays a Spice Merchant.
... trashing a Silver.
... drawing 2 cards and getting +1 action.
andwilk plays a Bridge.
... getting +1 buy, +$1, and reducing all costs by $1.

andwilk plays a Horn of Plenty.

I know that KC-Bridge megaturns don't usually count as "greatest Isotropic moments", but in this game I played a little while ago against theory, it's not the megaturn itself that I want to count as a great moment so much as how I set it up:

http://councilroom.com/game?game_id=game-20120503-130708-892d65ad.html

Quote
   AJD buys a King's Court.
   AJD buys a King's Court.
   AJD buys a Bridge.
   AJD buys a Bridge.
   AJD buys a Bridge.
   AJD buys an Inn.
... shuffling 5 cards into the draw pile.
(AJD draws: 2 King's Courts and 3 Bridges.)

Ok, this may fall under "yet another ridiculous power game", but I'm posting it simply for the fact that I purchased two curses at the end for the reason that the copper stack was empty.

my back-of-envelope calculations have the odds of this draw at .0113 percent...

from this deck:  [18 cards]

>:(

Well, you can fail even worse by picking up one Fool's Gold (or a Farming Village picking up a Fool's Gold). So there are two FGs, of which you can get one, and a FG can be drawn three ways (FG, or FV -> FG, or FV -> FV -> FG).
5/18 * 4/17 * 3/16 * 2/15 * 1/14 +
5/18 * 4/17 * 3/16 * 2/15 * 2/14 +
5/18 * 4/17 * 3/16 * 2/15 * 2/14 +
5/18 * 4/17 * 2/16 * 3/15 * 2/14 +
5/18 * 2/17 * 4/16 * 3/15 * 2/14 +
2/18 * 5/17 * 4/16 * 3/15 * 2/14

= ( 5 * (5*4*3*2*2) + (5*4*3*2*1) ) / (18*17*16*15*14)
= ( 5 * 3 * (5*4*3*2) ) / (18*17*16*15*14)
= 1 / 571.2

We'll ignore FV -> FG, because that makes the problem significantly complex and is a highly unlikely corner case.

We're also assuming that one point is sufficient for you to win. If you need a Duchy, you can add a GM to any of those, or change the FG to a Silver, putting us around 1/250. If you need to kill the Province pile, most hands with no Salvager or Rabble will suffice, so you're probably well below 1/100 (but the calculation gets complicated at that point).

So it's not quite on the scale of 10,000 to 1, but ouch. Your deck did pick an amusing way to screw you though.

I have something like 6 curses in my deck (and 7 coppers), and this is what I get on my next three Lookout plays.

chriskern plays a Lookout.
      ... getting +1 action.
      ... drawing 3 cards.
      ... trashing a Silver.
      ... discarding a Mining Village.
... putting a card back on the deck.

chriskern plays a Lookout.
      ... getting +1 action.
      ... drawing 3 cards.
      ... trashing a Witch.
      ... discarding a Highway.

my back-of-envelope calculations have the odds of this draw at .0113 percent...

from this deck:  [18 cards]

Is it just me or can't this be calculated as binomial coefficient
(22)
(5 ) =  26334
So odds are 1/26336 ?

Not exactly the "greatest" moment, but I found this interesting:

— father patrick's turn 14 —
father patrick plays a Steward.
... getting +$2.
father patrick plays a Silver.
father patrick plays a Silver.
father patrick buys a Farmland.
... trashing a Copper.
... gaining an Estate.

(this was his final turn of the game)

So... in essence, this poor soul paid $6 to get as many VP as a Duchy ($5)... while reducing the money density of his deck by 3 cards (losing a copper, gaining 2 different green cards). The irony is, this kind of move would make sense if he had any Silk Roads. They were in the kingdom... but he didn't buy any. D'oh!

Without seeing the log it isn't clear, but it could be a longshot play to Farmland a Farmland into a Province in the future.

How desperately can you possibly need just one Silver in your hand RIGHT NOW?

How about THIS desperately: http://councilroom.com/game?game_id=game-20120318-093045-e2bacff6.html

   --- ajmiam's turn 19 ---
   ajmiam plays a Village.
... drawing 1 card and getting +2 actions.
   ajmiam plays a City.
   ... drawing 2 cards and getting +2 actions, +1 buy, and +$1.
   ajmiam plays a Trading Post.
... ajmiam trashes 2 Provinces, gaining a Silver in hand.
ajmiam plays 2 Golds and a Silver.
   ajmiam buys a Province.
(ajmiam draws: a Silver, a Gold, a Steward, a Duchy, and a Province.)

All Provinces are gone.
ajmiam wins!

(Backstory:  I had a 12-point lead but my opponent had just emptied the City pile, giving him a 9-1 split, last turn.  Hamlets were also gone, and he had just gained 4 Silvers and bought 3 Duchies last turn, so I was very afraid of what he could do with just one more turn.)

I did that for the win waaay back in my first few months of playing paper Dominion, and gleefully told the story to anyone who would listen for weeks afterwards :D
