Does Warlord's attack effect expire as soon as my next turn begins, or once I get the +2 cards? If I've got (say) a Prince playing Militia and a Warlord in play, and I choose to play Militia first before I get the +2 cards from Warlord, can my opponent react with three Caravan Guards or only two?

I would have to assume that "Until then" has the exact same meaning as "Until your next turn" on Haunted Woods, so this shouldn't be any different, though it takes a bit more card combining to allow your opponent to buy a card during the start of your turn window.

Fairly sure that the effect expires the moment it becomes your turn, before and start of turn stuff would trigger.

I mean, I dunno, does "until then" on Warlord mean 'until the start of your next turn', or does it mean 'until you get +2 cards'? From a syntactic-pragmatic standpoint, the latter seems at least as likely an interpretation of "then", given the wording of the card. I'm not saying I think you're wrong, but I don't think the answer is as obvious as you seem to think it is.
