Thoughts on Parade vs King- Having served, Parade stands out to me. Would pasta be making the same connection? I’m new to the group and forum games, so can’t help there. If King, is there an obviously more fitting clue to {army, king} than “Military”? “War”? “Serve/Service”? Hmm maybe…

my main thing against parade, is that the very obvious clue (imo) would be "March".
The only other word on the board that could come close to anything March would supply would be "Football", and that is a longshot.

Also they could of gone for a more exact type link like "bastille" or something.

All in all - I think King is the play.

they also solve a riddle going in, and maybe the door is square? this is a terrible clue and it's probably not even square.

I think CANDLE could be it, since the caves are dark and they do carry torches

Also AMRY is another reason not to clue this first
