Mix has been nightkilled. He was, as you know, Dorothy Gale, an Innocent Child aligned with the good people of Oz.

With 9 alive it takes 5 to exile. Day 3 begins now and ends at 1:30 pm forum time on Saturday, September 11. The day is being extended one RL day in recognition of the labor day holiday in the United States.

Yeah, Glooble and I did not talk about this. I told him I was sorry for being an idiot, then I went off to hike the enchantments.

My reads are crap so I sorta think Glooble should make the order. But I do think we should mass claim.

I'm here. But I still need to reread and figure out why MiX was so convinced by the Mason claim. Until such time I would rather not have any hasty decisions made. But on the other hand I also see a need to move the game forward. I hope to get the necessary reading done early tomorrow.

I'm fully around for this full game day... finally.  Sorry about being mostly absent D2.  I've been working to catch up on reading the thread the last two days, and I'm still working on it.  I'm hoping to be caught up by tonight.

I do agree we should probably claim.  I'm not sure on a preferred order yet.  I will get there when I finish my reread.

I'm guessing setup is 10 town, 3 scum (not sure if there would be 3rd party in this game at all), which means 6/3 split now, and 5 of 6 need to agree on an exile by the end of the day, absent of potential bussing.  That definitely means not leaving the vote to the end of D3, in case 1 or 2 town can't get online at the right time!

I'll go ahead and throw out my preferred order:

EFHW, faust, swowl, dylan, mathdude, pubby, WCD, Glooble/Iguana

This is based on MiX's final stated reads, where he agrees with WCD that town are among WCD, pubby, MiX, Glooble, Iguana but says there's no reason to think mathdude is town (I just quoted this post above.) Nothing's really changed since then to make MiX's reads out of date, so we should use MiX's reads.

My preference would be for Glooble to alter the order of {faust, swowl, dylan, mathdude} however he wants & publish the final claim order for us to begin using immediately. We should be done with mass claim ASAP so that we're not rushing the exile. Short days don't give us enough time to argue a ton about claim order, so if anyone has serious reservations about it, they should speak up quickly.

I'm on about page 33 of catching up, and in my scan the other day, I think I saw something about masons... I'm guessing that's why Glooble and Iguana are last. But at this point in my reading, I'm not very comfortable with either of them. So maybe my reading will change my mind, but is there any verification of their claim? Do others agree they should be trusted?
I would like to see faust as early in the order as possible, and do currently agree with EFHW first. I'll post any other thoughts when I finish reading.
