I'm very tempted to go with Cold but of course there is no vaccine for the common cold, somewhat famously. But maybe that's an overthink?

Other possibilities... glove (vaccine administrators might wear gloves), horse (I believe racing and working horses get vaccines for stuff, and they might use horses to help making them, I know they use cows somehow)

I think cold, tick, and glove are my picks though I'm not in love with any of them.

IDK. I think NOTE is 100% but I will let you lock it in. Assuming it is, I think I like DROP next... except weird we did not get like a "music themed" clue to tie together DROP and NOTE. if that is the case at least.
