I understand the sentiment. I think from a tactical perspective it's probably best to pass for now. We've had a good run and we can use that additional clue later on.

Chieftan is Ruler for sure, and then... I assume strongly that Crown isn't ours.

The second word could be Forest? Possibly Aztec, but I think they had a more centralized goverment structure? Calf also very vaguely fits.

Ruler immediately jumped out.

Aztec and Forest were also the next two I thought possible, but then I also wondered if there has ever been a Chieftain Missile ... I don't know, but it sounds possible.

I'm not at all confident on another guess. We're at 5 of 9 - we could press the advantage and take a shot here, or we could let it sit to see what fills out on the board. I'm more in favor of the latter - take the pass here, wait and see how we're feeling on our next turn.

i think I agree with the pass here, especially since Piano could reasonably have been the 4th Crash word, so it's not like we're looking at 2 unused clues.

OK clearly, Iron. Probably Pan.

Any others not as strong to me as those two.

And both feel good that I'd prefer those two, before circling back to ballroom. For which I still prefer table, next (I think of ballrooms always being set up for events with tables). Then square or court? (I like those more than crown, and ruler of course has now been ruled out)
