I was  just thinking about how strongly I'm townreading Robz right now.

Then I realized it's been so long since I've been in a game with Robz, I forgot that I'm basically 100% to misread him.

So he's probably scum.

But I can't quite bring myself to vote for someone based on my strong townread of them.

If it makes you feel any better—any differently? anything at all?—that's basically how I feel about you too.

Notably, though, I am NOT particularly townreading my brother mcmc, which is also something I usually find myself doing on Day 1.

Question for those who are scumreading Scola: how is this different than the scola we've seen in games past? He's been town in every game, and I'm not sure I see the difference.

Is scumhunting D1.

He is absolutely not playing as they always do. Still not sold on skum, but to say the same as always is a stretch.

I do legitimately find this surprising. I don't love D1s. I don't usually participate in RVS, so usually skip, but try to find some reason to favor voting someone over someone else. In this case it was Robz and how he was discussing the doctor claim, which I don't see much reason as that being prow town.

As always, I don't feel completely that strong, but I also don't see reason yet to switch votes. (if I find a better cause, or the vote goes dangerously up, I will, as always, reconsider)

See this doesn’t check out to me. Robz didnt bring up the doctor claim, mail-mi did. ADK, myself, joth, and robz all weighed in with varying takes. ADK was against it (can always l-1 claim), I made some points for it (counterclaims and time limit), joth was neutral (setup isn’t the worst for it but scum might find a way to nk), robz was for it but smart to say if he was the doctor he wouldn’t claim now which doesn’t rule him out of potentially being the doctor which strong in favor of claiming followed by not claiming would otherwise do.

So I don’t see how you pick robz out of all that for the vote.

I'll have to go back and reread and see why specifically I preferred Robz back then. I know there was something. But again, it was vague, just enough to convince me enough for the initial vote.

I'll try to do that sometime tonight.

Null, which is somewhat scummy I guess.

I don't think this push is giving anything alignment indicative.

weird. not the response I was expecting.
We agree on something.

Null is whatever. Fine. Do you think Skum rides that line on WCD early D1 to push a lynch?

Scum does what they want, some people would push Didds, some wouldn't.

This entire thing told me one thing: mail-mi is town. That's about it. And Didds is slightly scummy, I guess.

I never wanna scumread Didds lol.

Why ADK in particular?

Scummy, but I don't want to exile him. That's what I thought before at least.

back to vote: Robz for playing Dominion better than me....

why are you extending RVS when we are way past that?

vote: 2.7 on principle.

Vote: mail-mi

My next post literally negated my silly vote + voting on principle is scummy

I am aware of your next post. however, you still dipped into RVS which is scummy.

homie - you opened the game voting for "no exile" and then immediately backed out saying it was just to see if it would show up that way. That is about as "RVS-y" as it gets. I dunno if you get the privledge of having this opinion this game.

Why ADK in particular?

early game stuff tied into some opinions you have on other players he is connected too.
nothing to be had from it really, I am just trying to get a grip on your scola point of view.

That was like the third post of the game, versus when we're about 8 pages in. Those two situations are only remotely similar.

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

Every existing case in this game right now is 100% based on individual player styles... which is a stretch and half at a minimum as far as cases go. So, remotely similar isn’t something to scoff at.

Went back and reread - I also didn't like his post about wagons being protown - I'm really not sure why exactly, but that made me suspect him.

Rereading now, I do see that this is not really a good reason to stay on thus.

So I'll go ahead and

unvote

While I'm guessing this will garner more votes for me, you're looking in the wrong place. I just overcommitted early to Robz and that was a mistake (likely).

So there's like eight conversations going on and we're all over the place and we are well past the deadline where I would have liked to E-1 someone. Not good! Again, for everyone who hasn't played as much recently, the major problem I had been noticing before my last hiatus was just constant last minute exiles.

Perhaps what's happening here is characteristic of multiball where there various scum agendas, but it worries me. We should be actively consolidating our votes on one or two people. These people should be scola and I guess someone else. But let's make it happen!
