So the post can be perfectly normal except for the inclusion of the next word off your word list, as long as that word manages to be artfully inserted into the smooth buttery dialectic of your post?

If so, /in

Added a clarification that you might want to know:

The word must be used in its original form.  For example, if the word was "talk", "talking" would not count.

Is deliberate lack of using words to be modkilled encouraged or treated as breaking the rules?

It's breaking the rules.  Don't do it.  I don't take deliberate breaking of the rules lightly, and if you do, I will make you lose.

Alright, signups are locked.  Looking on mafia scum, the two 11-player setups I am willing to try are Follow the Cop... or Not and Friends and Enemies and enemies and That Other Guy, but I'll admit that second one is mainly just the name.  I know that some people in the past haven't like multiball before, though.  Could you all say which setup you prefer, and if you really don't like one, please say so.

I don't have a big preference. I think the second would be funny if we have to hold to the random word rule in QTs.

I currently imagine mail-mi wearing a dark trenchcoat and a bowler hat, hunched over a bit, toothpick in his mouth, holding a gun in his pocket.  One bead of sweat trickling down his nose.

This includes things like the Mafia QT.

The first one's weird. It's a tracker game with a roleblocker that is probably solved if the roleblocker gets copped. Would be interesting to try out just to see if it's fun, I guess.

The second one's multiball, which is kinda meh? But it has a lot of QTs and this "setup" likes QTs.

What I would say is the first one's better for a serious but less fun game, whereas the second one's good for a fun but not very serious game due to multiball.

I think overall the second setup's better for what this is trying to accomplish. It's called BM after all.

I LOVE the second setup. I vaguely remember wanting to mod it couple of years ago and ended up thinking it's too wonky

More neighborhoods sound fun - and I have yet to play a multiball, so why not?

Alright, I know not everybody has replied, but there is a lot of support for the second one, so that's the setup we will use.  I'll get started here soon.

Reminder, since many people are forgetting: you do not need to follow the word restriction in your personal QT, AND USING THE WORDS IN IT WILL NOT COUNT.

Everyone's jaw was wide open.  They decided to wake each resident up to resolve the matter.  Even the retiree closed their software.  A banana was laying on the floor, left by the one who had been murdered in cold blood at some dark hour.  Left behind was a single note: "We await your resignation.  -The Mafia".

DAY 1 START

First I would like to thank our moderator for an exquisite choice of Bastardization. I'm delighted by the finery this selection provides to the English language connoisseurs in our group.
