Does Capitalism cause trashed Action cards that contain Treasure symbols to activate Forager to untold heights?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Yes, it does.

(joking aside, technically not Treasure symbols, but yes to +$ amounts; e.g. it doesn't affect Remodel)
