Goatherd, Smugglers, and Treasure Hunter look at what happened on the player to your right's last turn. It's now possible to play these cards on your opponent's turn. So if it is currently your right-hand opponent's turn, and you play Goatherd/Smugglers/Treasure Hunter, does it look at the last turn that player had before the current turn?

I would think it would have to mean the actual last turn, that is, their turn before their current turn.  It would be a real pain in IRL games, though

The answer has to be yes. Donald has previously ruled that your next turn is not your current turn (e.g. if you play Archive at start of turn), so then your last turn can't be your current turn either. Unless "last turn" can somehow be construed to not mean the same as "previous turn"?
