Might it be helpful to have a rules thread? These are in the sign-up thread already, but anyway maybe it's easier to find them this way.

Sudden death game in case of a tie, really? What happened to the best of 7 (which I think is much preferred)?

Sudden death seems okay to me. Since each player earns between 0-14 points from each 7-game series, and there are 7 of those series, the point range is going to be 0-98, so a tie doesn't seem too likely. If there is a tie, it wouldn't have been a tie if any previous game for either player had a different result.

A tie is probably somewhat unlikely, which is good.

A tie being decided by one game which will hugely depend on who wins the die roll and gets to go first, is really bad imo. If you've waited 7-8 weeks to get to that stage, surely you have an extra hour to set aside? I just really dislike randomness deciding things.

<3 MMM. If I could have it my way, I'd rather see a best of three to determine who goes to Regionals and then a best of seven who goes to the Finals, as that match is much more important, but I shouldn't be complaining, thanks!

It probably be really helpful to have a Google excel spreadsheet on each of your brackets updating scores.  It'd be easy for people to check in how they are doing in the standings as weeks go by.  Of course this should be read-only for everyone except MMM/Kirian.

For my bracket, of course.

NB: ednever and gorgonstar should ignore what's there for them; I was doing some testing.

That's pretty awesome. Is it possible to name the Rounds with the expansion theme? For example Round 1 would be "Round 1 - Base" or "Round 1 - Season of the Witch" if you prefer the more colourful name.

Round 2 should be... "Painted Faces on Parade, Masquerade." I always have that song in my head when I play with Intrigue.

Yeah, each week will correspond to the next expac released through to Hinterlands in week seven.    I may give them cute names but that is just fluff.

I was actually referring to where it currently says "Round 1", "Round 2" etc on Kirian's challonge score summary pages (just so it's easy to see who you're going up against in each expansion), but I like the fluff names. They're fun.

Yeah, I meant he could put the expac names in there if he wishes.
