Second-Turn Durations

This is probably a newb question, but do duration cards from the *previous* turn count towards:

- Actions in play for activating Conspirator?
- Unique cards in play for Horn of Plenty?
- An action played which will lower the cost of Peddler by 2?

They are all considered "cards in play" (which is what Horn of Plenty and Peddler look at).  But they do not count as Actions played this turn (which is what Conspirator looks at).

Hence you can have a Peddler that is going to cost $0, but be unable to activate your Conspirator.

Likewise, you can play & trash 3 Mining Villages, then Conspirator, but have a Peddler that costs $6 rather than $0.

Makes total sense.  Thanks!
