The win condition is kind of interesting - it triggers only at the start of the night. It is sort of implied that all threats to town could be eliminated at the start of a Day, and yet there is a reason for the game to continue. This would mean some kind of alignment change or reviving mechanic.
The win-con in falling skies was similar. Is your inference true about that game?

my role is pretty straightforward, boring :((((

i'm jelly. i have a bunch of powers but they've all got like a 50% chance of backfiring on me.

like, sure, i'll just claim this part: one of my powers is a 1-shot vig. nice, right? except it only kills the person 25% of the time, and sometimes my gun reloads? oh and i'm also warned that guns are dangerous and i might accidentally shoot myself. so that's neat. oh, also, it's 75% "loud", which means that even if the person doesn't die, they know i tried to shoot them.

i'm pretty sure i just shouldn't use this power. maybe ever?

so that's me, the clumsy crazy girl with a gun! watch out, i might blow my own face off.

i feel like a call of cthulhu RPG character who wandered into a mafia game lol.

I mean, a loud miss would actually be really good to confirm your role.

Probably lets ash bring to fruition ideas that he got while the other game was going. Seeing the parts moving in a real game helps creativity.

This game is so hype, yet uh who's not participating in RVS like town would?

Vote: Swan for being scum. Not that I want to lynch you, you deserve better this time around. But I will anyway.

well it wouldn't be normal if we didn't go at early on for no reason. but I would expect you to know that I do not do RVS.

I actually can totally buy that role being in the game - but just mathing it out... pretty much
- if you shoot at someone that you think is skum and the shot goes off then yay
- if you shoot at someone that you think is skum and the shot doesn't go off, then it doesn't matter if it is loud or not really (I mean a little, they know you burned a shot, but no conf in game will be given).
- If you are wrong and shoot at town, then there is a chance for an upside to happen. Meaning you claim, they are informed, they claim, we get an MIC.

So essentially you are 75% to be a RMM-Neoplatian, parsed against the probability of the player being Town... vs a 25% vig, against the probability of the player being skum (all on the upside of things of course in that scenario).

Or alternatively you are some form of loud skum and are trying to set up an out. But as of now, given the way you claimed, I am leaning on the town end of things.

Cayvie as a crazy lady with a gun that only works sometimes, might accidentally shoot her, and may or may not have ammo is like the definition of many of my neighbors in a a small town in Texas, complete with housecoat and slippers, or athleisure and a ponytail...whichever the case might be.

My role is complicated and has lots of moving parts, but not super powerful. (Again, kind of like my life...)

I suppose neo is not the correct term... its like a reverse neo ... assuming the player you target is town and the shot is loud and you miss. So actually not like neo at all... it was late. My point was attempting to be there may actually be viability in you using your shot, not just based on the kill, but because you could get confirmed by your target.

Also - do you the % chance of you blowing your face off?

This was not rhetorical. I think I know the answer but I'm not sure because it was a complicated game and skimming through it, I might have missed something.
I made a mental note to go check because I don't really remember, but then I didn't do the checking.
