castle for sure, then maybe horse and torch? or is tokyo famous for being medieval? not super confident after castle, ive been playing civilization lately so horses bring to mind for medieval for me but i don’t know if that’s really universal.

I agree with castle, horse and torch in that order. I don't think Tokyo is very likely because the history periods in Japan work differently and also because I guess most people would think of a modern city with skyscrapers and stuff even though there are historical buildings too.

I don't know if any other meaning for Roadie than what you seem to be thinking (person who travels with band and works on setting up for concerts).

So definitely BAND.

Staff could be good for the 2nd, I don't see anything else, really.

Is it common to give more than one clue for the same word? I'm thinking grass, flute and torch are the most likely ones in a vacuum but I also think that flute and torch were probably intended for earlier clues too.

Doesn’t the fact they went air ->oxygen imply it’s rather one of the animals than flute? also why grass over cat or horse?

I do prefer grass, I think that plants are more associated with oxygen than animals because producing oxygen is one of the most useful things that plants do.
