Temple is probably one of the words.

Other options I can think of:

File - as in a diagnosis
Tick - can ticks (the animal) cause migraine? I vaguely feel like I might have heard something like that, but I'm not sure if it's a thing, I might be confusing it with something else.
Scientist - neurology is a field of science
Moon - some people believe that migraines could be related to moon phases, I don't know if that's scientific and if not, I also don't know how widely held the belief is
Spot - migraines sometimes involve having a blind spot

We do have a precedent for medicine related words to be clues for scientist, and I want to guess at least one more because if we're only one answer short, it gives Galz the option to just hope we guess it right without further clues if that ends up being necessary. So I would probably guess scientist here and then pass.

Come to mind. Pretty sure about the first two at least. I guess moon has shapes one could identify and giants are big, hence easy to identify as well. If he meant to clue that our words are verbs such as identify string (and bill?) are also possible, but that's a real long shot.
