Patrician second card Discarded or returned to top of deck

Hello Dominion Enthusiasts,

I can't seem to figure out what is the rule on what to do with the second card drawn for "Patrician" if the card is not worth 5 or more coin.  Because I know the cards "Wishing Well" and "Chariot Race" (for the player to the left) has their "chance" cards placed back on top of their decks, I assume that the second card pulled for Patrician should also be placed back on top of your deck, but it is not clearly stated in the Empires rulebook.  Does anyone know if there is a default rule for "chance" cards that do not specify a direction?  If you do know, I would appreciate where it's at the rule books.  If not, I'll just settle for my interpretation and establish the rule before each game night.

http://wiki.dominionstrategy.com/index.php/Reveal

When a player reveals a card, he shows a card to all players and then returns it to wherever it came from (unless instructed specifically to put it elsewhere).
