This is soooo hard... No
But; it's really fun. No
And that makes it the best thing ever! No

Guess: Always no.
Incorrect. Counterexample:
Don't you think Elliptic Curve Cryptography's cool cool? Yes

A A A A? No

So it cares about capitalization
And also about the actual words
This is an interesting rule
But hard to get a yes out of
Let's see how sensitive it is
And to what

Don yo thin Ellipti Curv Cryptography coo coo?
Do y thi Ellipt Cur Cryptograph co co?
Don't Elliptic Curve Cryptography's?
Don Ellipti Curv Cryptography
Do Ellipt Cur Cryptograph?

Elliptic Curve Cryptography i think i might be able to put anything lowercase in here but im not sure about that lets find out?
and Elliptic maybe Curve in between Cryptography words?
Elliptic maybe the Curve first word has to be Cryptography a capital?
Dont you think Elliptic Curve Cryptographys cool cool?

Just like the previous guess, this is only to rule something out:

Guess: If it contains the string "Elliptic Curve Cryptography", it is yes, otherwise no.

Aren't these eliptic curvues the basis for some kind of abelian group which has better properties than Z_p with only have of its elements? That was mentioned in the class on cryptography I took the past semester but it didn't go into detail.

That sounds about right. Though I think the number of elements tends to be close to p, not half of p. The number of x-coordinates is close to half of p, but each valid x-coordinate occurs in two points of the curve.
I think it is cool that a seemingly innocuous sounding concept like 'scalar multiplication' of points on the curve leads to a cryptographically secure group. And you can visualise it all nicely on a graph (which doesn't look anything like an ellipse by the way). And you can casually throw in a 'point at infinity' which makes it all work. And... well after this rule I think everyone should go and find out about elliptic curve cryptography. :)

That was supposed to read "better than [Z_p with only half of its elements]". I think you had to take a subgroup of Z_p that was always exactly half the size because otherwise one bit of information was leaking... right?

And even then it was somehow supposed to be less awesome than the eliptic curve thing though our prof didn't tell us why  :D

Wait, actually?
I didn't think it was actually the rule; I was just trying to get some variation so I could get a better lead.
But I'll take it.

I have a rule.

Something.
I hope I helped!
Not really too focused on this
Got other things on my mind (wink).
Is winking allowed?
Well, too late now!
Or is it...
No?
Hmm
